We’re here to give everyone the opportunity to build a regular yoga practice and to live happier and healthier lives. We’re a warm and diverse studio community of people whose lives have been transformed by yoga and who want to encourage others to practice.

So whatever your age, size, gender, fitness or experience we invite you to slow down, connect to yourself and your community, remember what is important and step back from what is not.

New to Yoga West

We are a community studio based in between Acton, Chiswick and Shepherd’s Bush in an old art-deco factory. We run around 60 yoga and Pilates classes a week in a range of styles. We offer classes suitable for all levels and ages. We invite you to practice yoga with us and join our community.
