Starting from the first day of November, we invite you to explore setting yourself the intention of enriching your life with 30 days of yoga, Pilates, meditation and nourishing eating. This is a beautiful journey of dedication, patience and endurance and is perhaps, more importantly, an opportunity for personal growth and greater equanimity and stability during an often-challenging period of the year. An opportunity to rejuvenate, renew and restore yourself.

Committing to this journey is one of the ways to invoke tapas. One of the niyamas (positive duties or observances) in yoga, tapas is the cultivation of wilful discipline. By practicing every day during the challenge, you will be able nurture your ability to focus on what matters and to develop the sense of commitment necessary to sustain a healthier and happier way of life going forward. And we will be supporting you all the way! You will receive your own book to guide you through goal setting for the challenge and beyond, class information, our workshops for the month, delicious and healthy recipes, an audio recording to guide you through a daily meditation practice and further ways to deepen your knowledge of yoga, Pilates and meditation. And to top it all off and celebrate your achievements, we will be hosting a yoga and supper club at the end of the challenge.

Students that have previously embarked on this challenge will tell you it is no easy task; there can be hard, exhausting days within your life and staying with your intention can be challenging! That is why during this time, we have added more opportunities for you to explore more restorative yoga, meditation and yoga philosophy so you can deepen your practice in a variety of ways, completely adapting to your needs on the day. This is a remarkable opportunity for personal growth and to open you to live life more authentically and to cultivate a deeper awareness of the different ways you can care for and nourish yourself.

Getting started

If you are currently on a monthly membership with us, you are welcome to take part in the challenge at no extra cost to you. Should you want to do our additional four workshops over the month, this would cost £70 and our post-challenge yoga and supper club would be £27.

If you do not currently have a monthly membership with us, you can sign up for 30 days of membership for £125 or for ongoing monthly membership at £82 for the first 3 months and £92 thereafter with an option to suspend membership and payments over the Christmas period at no extra cost. Should you want to do our additional four workshops over the month, this would cost £70 and our post-challenge yoga and supper club would be £30.

If you feel the challenge may not be for you but you would still like to commit to the four workshops over the month, you are more than welcome to do so at a cost of £80 for all four.
