More About Us
We run around 30 yoga and Pilates classes a week in a range of styles for a variety of levels. The majority of classes are physically demanding styles such as Jivamukti, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, however, we also offer slower classes, beginners classes, Pilates and pre and post-natal classes. We hold regular yoga, Pilates and meditation workshops. We have carefully selected our teachers, who are among the most knowledgeable, inspirational and supportive in London. We offer classes suitable for all levels and ages.
About Yoga West
People come to the studio and to yoga for a number of reasons but they stay because it gives them a sense of belonging and because of how yoga changes them as people.
Yoga supports people to life lives centred around who they are and to live happily with themselves and those around them. Yoga is a life-long physical practice that gives people greater health, fitness, body-awareness and wellbeing. Yoga West is an environment where everyone feels comfortable to explore and develop their yoga practice.
We are a friendly and informal community. We have a range of people who attend the studio from advanced students or teachers with 20 years practice to people who have never done a yoga class. Everyone is treated the same irrespective of experience age or background. We’ve worked very hard to make sure that above all the people who work at the studio are kind, committed and inspirational. When you start practicing you’ll notice that the studio team and teachers soon recognise you, know your name and make sure you are happy with your experience at the studio.
