ADJUSTMENTS TRAINING
This two-day course aims to give you the confidence to offer physical and energetic adjustments to your students. You will learn the principals of adjusting, when and when not to offer adjustments as well as how to offer adjustments in the asana you practice most often yourself and with your students
The training offers yoga teachers a unique opportunity to learn and develop the key skills required to work with Ashtanga and Vinyasa students in an inspiring, skilful and authentic way.
Learn to enhance your teachings by offering safe and transformational physical and energetic adjustments. When incorporated into a daily practice, these adjustments become not only a tool for deepening one’s experience of the asana, but through which long lasting change can be brought about both on a physical level, through the nervous system and on an energetic level through the regulation of the breath whilst in the asana.
Hands on and verbal adjustments are an integral tool for the ashtanga vinyasa teacher, as well as for any teacher who wishes to deepen their relationship with their students and offer a wider range of teaching modalities.

What is an adjustment and why are they part of the ashtanga system
