We are serving coffees, teas and hot chocolates in the studio for you to enjoy in our new studio reception area and to take away. Our freshly ground, washed beans with tasting notes of blackcurrant, toffee and dark chocolate are grown by cooperatives in southern Colombia and are roasted and supplied to us by Send Coffee, a London-based speciality coffee company and non-profit who not only work closely with producers in south America to ensure fair wages and working conditions for growers, but also mentor and train people with special educational needs and disabilities in the UK to develop skills in the speciality coffee industry. Ask in studio for a coffee after class, and look out for pre-order options coming soon through our new operating system!

To keep things easy breasy for everyone at the beginning of class we ask that if you DO NOT want adjustments for you practice to collect a stone on your way in and pop it at the front of your mat. You'll find them on the front desk as you come in :)
