I have found one of the most important and fundamental ways to develop and immerse yourself within yoga is to just simply - go back to basics.
Whether you or someone you know are on the edge of rolling out a yoga mat for the first time or have been moving and flowing through yoga regularly , a foundation course is a great way to explore and deepen the practice of yoga.
This course will place emphasis on safe alignment in the key asanas (poses), an introduction to pranayama (breath work) and meditation and discovering interactive ways to unite these elements together. This will provide a well rounded exploration of this practice to ensure you have the basics firmly rooted within to flow in classes with greater ease.
