The majority of classes are physically demanding styles such as Jivamukti, Ashtanga anbd Vinyasa Flow, however, we also slow classeslike Slow Flow, Beginners Courses, Pilates and Pre&Post-natal classes. We hold regular Yoga, Pilates and Meditation Workshops. We have carefully selected our teacher, who are among the most knowledgeable, inspirational and supportive in London. We offer classes suitable for all levels and ages.

"A tranquil haven and a real joy to visit"

Yoga West is a tranquil haven and a real joy to visit, particularly at the end of a busy day at work. I am made welcome by every member of staff from the minute I walk through the door. The quality and variety of classes and workshops is excellent and the inspiring teachers bring their own personalities and authentic styles to sessions. At the same time, I feel like every class is part of the same whole and there is a harmony and balance to the overall offering. I am so pleased I found this studio and look forward to every visit. - Abi

"I now can`t live my life without yoga and am so happy"

I first joined Yoga West as I had serious back problems from my work and my osteopath recommended I try some yoga.
I found yoga hard at first but I quickly became addicted and am now a regular at Yoga West due to its friendly nature and the fact that my back problems have completely disappeared!
I now can`t live my life without yoga and am so happy I have such a great local studio. Yoga has not only healed me physically but has made me a happier calmer person. - Jen

"Yoga West is the studio I feel most comfortable in"

I began practicing Yoga in 2014 and it transformed my life. Having tried several studios, Yoga West is the studio I feel most comfortable in. The quality teachers and flexible schedule is fantastic but that’s not what makes it special. The real value for me is in feeling part of an intimate community. I always feel welcome and have already made many great friendships. - Matt

"Teachers are fantastic and the team are always supportive"

I’ve been coming to classes at Yoga West for a couple of years. The teachers are fantastic and the team are always supportive, welcoming and friendly. I feel the healthiest I’ve been for years but above all what always draws me back is that yoga just makes me a happy person. I’ve noticed this and so have all the people around me. - Fiona

"I feel spoilt for choice"

Yoga West has some of the best teachers in London and so many classes to choose from I feel spoilt for choice. - Harnake
