Yoga West are excited to launch "Programmes."

To support a long term pattern of more online practice, to better support your own practice and listening to what you told us we have curated programmes tailored to you.

Depending on your mood and schedule you will find programmes with options of 2, 4 or 6 weekly practices. Further to this there are two options to pick from in each; fitness/strength and relax/restore. we plan to expand and evolve these programmes so do feedback what other themes or styles of programme you might like to see in the future.

Can't, make all of our scheduled live classes? Don't worry we're one step ahead, an even amount of library/ live classes are provided each week for you to tailor your practice around your schedule.

These programmes are completely FREE, all you need is an Online Membership and sign up to our newsletter or view updates on our Instagram. We will do the rest.


Our livestream classes will be updated every month and our library options updated weekly.


We will upload our programmes to our Instagram Highlight "Programmes" every week, feel free to screenshot so you have it to hand on your phone.

We will also send a newsletter with programmes attached, all you have to do is subscribe to our programs pop up on our website and you'll be on the list to receive them for as long as you like.
