How did you get into yoga?

I was inspired to take a class because I was training in several styles of martial arts and my friends suggested Yoga to increase my flexibility.

Was there a moment when you realised that you wanted to pursue yoga seriously?

I was traveling to India with a pal a few years back and we met some Europeans who were taking a yoga training retreat so we decided to embark in it ourselves.


How has yoga changed you? 

Yoga helped me to become more focussed and made me more aware of my body and thoughts.

Any advice to people considering it?

It is worth every second of your time, and there are so many styles, you will definitely find one that suits your needs.

My favourite quote as a yogi: yoga is not a practice, yoga is a lifestyle.
