YOGA WEST ON DEMAND LIBRARY CLASSES

Yoga West teachers and team have created a library of on demand classes for you to practice with your favourite teachers anytime you choose. If you have purchased either an online or library membership or have purchased the Pre-Recorded Beginners Course pack, enter your login details we've sent you below and you'll be directed where you need to go.

Film Library: Over 100 professionally-filmed classes with Jeff, Csilla, Brodie, Zeena, Clara and many others teaching beginners yoga, meditation, pregnancy yoga, kids, yoga, Ashtanga, Dynamic flow, Yin, yoga for anxiety and sleep. We offer a range of classes from 10 to 60 minutes depending on how much time you have to practice. Every week we film and upload two more classes to the library from your favourite teachers here at Yoga West.
