How To Start At Yoga West

You might be wondering how to get started on your yoga journey with us, if this is the case there are two recommended ways to join the studio and begin practicing with our wonderful teachers.

Our Intro Offer 30460 is exactly what it says on the tin. 30 days of Yoga for £60 for both in studio & livestream classes. The perfect way to meet and try out lots of classes & teachers, but also to gauge how many classes per month you'd like to take to help figure out future pricing options to move onto once your trial month is done. Our advice is to practice as much as possible and try and meet as many of our teachers as possible. Make the most of your 30 days, don't worry after a couple of weeks Elissia or James will give you a bell to check in. 

Our Beginners Course is especially good for those who've never practiced Yoga before or those who are coming back after time away. You'll be taken through the foundations of the practice and leave the 6-week feeling confident to move into a Level 1 class.

Our Mission

We’ve worked very hard to make sure that above all the people who work at the studio are kind, committed and inspirational. When you start practicing you’ll notice that the studio team and teachers soon recognise you, know your name and make sure you are happy with your experience at the studio.

People come to the studio and to yoga for a number of reasons but they stay because it gives them a sense of belonging and because of how yoga changes them as people.

Our Classes & Community 

We run around 30 yoga and Pilates classes a week in a range of styles for a variety of levels.  We have carefully selected our teachers, who are among the most knowledgeable, inspirational and supportive in London.

Yoga supports people to live lives centred around who they are and to live happily with themselves and those around them. Yoga is a life-long physical practice that gives people greater health, fitness, body-awareness and wellbeing.

Yoga West is an environment where everyone feels comfortable to explore and develop their yoga practice. We are a friendly and informal community with a range of people who attend the studio from advanced students to teachers with 20 years practice to people who have never done a yoga class. Everyone is treated the same irrespective of experience age or background.
