Nurture Smoothie (V)
flesh of 1 ripe avocado
3 sprigs of mint
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon moringa powder
½ lime, peeled and pith removed
500ml (17fl oz/2¼ cups) coconut water
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
