October’s 21 day challenge was a wonderful opportunity for all of us who enrolled to re-ignite the habit and the feeling of having a regular yoga practice. "The 21 day challenge was fantastic.  The opening ceremony with Christian was brilliant, fun and relaxed but still intense and it brought a great deal of clarity to why I was doing the challenge and what I wanted to get out of it.  It also created a great sense of community within the studio and I have connected with several yogis I may well have not engaged with otherwise.  After a long period away from yoga due to injury I really need something to get me back on my mat and this has worked amazingly well, and I will keep attending the studio regularly. "I’m so pleased I did it - I’d wanted to do previous challenges  but they always seemed to fall when I had an unusually heavy work schedule or I was going on holiday. The challenge really worked for me. The opening ceremony was a wonderful way to get started, very relaxed and friendly but serious in setting intentions and, along with the surprisingly effective star chart, very motivational. I managed to do as many classes as I’d aimed to do (ie daily), mainly in the studio, and after the first week I started to feel the benefits. By the end I felt I’d really moved deeper and further into my yoga practice both physically and mentally, and hopefully this will carry forward through the coming months. I would recommend the challenge to anyone who is feeling a bit ‘stuck’ and I’d definitely do it again." - Elaine Brown
