FREE TT TASTER TOMORROW NIGHT with @jeffphenixyoga

We are passionate that all regular yoga practitioners should consider a teacher training. It gives you the opportunity to playfully investigate, correct and refine your practice; to explore it’s anatomical, philosophical and psychological underpinnings and to explore yourself and your relationship with the practice and others. It’s, of course, an opportunity to learn to teach and share this wonderful practice with others. 🧘 🤸

Our 200-hour training is entirely in person, taking place over several weekends from Sept 15 - Dec 11. We’re honoured to have internationally respected teacher-trainer Jeff Phenix lead the programme, alongside highly respected @zeena_kali_yoga , Pete Cherry, @yogabrodie , @girlonthegreen and @calinthebigsmoke . The transformational change component of the training will be led by practicing psychotherapist Veronika Kloucek.

We're very excited that Nick Sinfield has joined us as a non-executive Director 🥳

Nick has been working as an advisor for the past 9 months and will now join the team in a permanent role. Prior to joining us Nick was a strategy consultant, managing partner at a City-law firm and the only Chief Executive of a FTSE-listed company to have kindness as a core value.

He’ll be working with you and the team at Yoga West to help us better understand and support your health, wellbeing and life. Both he and his partner Sharon practice at the studio so watch out for him in class. If you’d like to chat to him, you can reach him on Nick@yogawestlondon.com
