Retreats are a wonderful time to experience concentrated immersive daily practice and allow you the space to recharge and rejuvenate away from the busy routine of daily life.
We are so excited to offer you the opportunity to do just this with the lovely Annie Grant on our retreat, 5-7 February . Our retreat will take place in Hill Farm which is a beautiful 16th century medieval farm house in the gorgeous Suffolk Countryside. The house has been used to host retreats for over 70 years and prior guests include Gandhi.
We have a lovely time planned and wanted to share the schedule with you ahead of the weekend. You will experience daily practices, free time to explore and a delicious menu of sugar, dairy, wheat and gluten free meals.
