Part 3: The Yoga body. Exploring the subtle body and building an understanding of the yogic approach to the body
MEDITATION AND PRANAYAMA
Further your meditation practice and learn the physiology underpinning meditation and pranayama. Learn meditation techniques you can teach others one-on-one or in groups
TEACHING
Part 1: Teaching technique. You’ll be teaching from day one of the training as well as being guided by your very experienced instructors to ensure you leave the training able to deliver powerful, inspirational classes
Part 2: Sequencing: You’ll build on the modified half primary. Students will learn how to teach two sequences: a modified Ashtanga half primary and a dynamic flowing vinyasa sequence
Part 3: Communication: How to effectively communicate and inspire your students
PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
Group work, self-enquiry and journaling overseen by a practicing psychotherapist to support fundamental change and on-going growth
