Yoga Teacher Training is classified as an educational activity. As such we expect to be able to offer in-person teacher trainings in almost all circumstances. Our trainings takes place in a 3,500sft covid secure training space. We ran our Easter 2021 training fully in person. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

To keep things easy breasy for everyone at the beginning of class we ask that if you DO NOT want adjustments for you practice to collect a stone on your way in and pop it at the front of your mat. You'll find them on the front desk as you come in :)

We’re super excited to announce that Brodie and Mia will be teaching vinyasa on future Yoga West teacher trainings. We couldn’t be more delighted to have two such capable and well-loved teachers involved in our trainings.

They will both be teaching the VINYASA SEQUENCING section of our training. Mia will head up the YOGA & MUSIC and Brodie will continue to teach his COMMUNICATION module 🥳

We are very excited to announce that Momence, our new booking and video platform, is going live in one week! It's really easy to use and makes booking classes, managing your account and viewing online classes a breeze. In the meantime you can continue using the website as usual and all your bookings will be transferred over.
