Yoga West is a tranquil haven and a real joy to visit, particularly at the end of a busy day at work. I am made welcome by every member of staff from the minute I walk through the door. The quality and variety of classes and workshops is excellent and the inspiring teachers bring their own personalities and authentic styles to sessions. At the same time, I feel like every class is part of the same whole and there is a harmony and balance to the overall offering. I first joined Yoga West as I had serious back problems from my work and my osteopath recommended I try some yoga. 
I found yoga hard at first but I quickly became addicted and am now a regular at Yoga West due to its friendly nature and the fact that my back problems have completely disappeared!
